UPS is looking to hire 25,000 drivers those who pass virtual training. The motto is to dump the amount of UPS jobs that will be left vacant over the next five years by retiring workers. The job pays around $74,000 a year, something that people are desperate.
To acquire the job, aspirant drivers will need to undergo virtual training at Integrad, 10 miles from Washington DC. The problem is that only 10 percent of the 1,629 trainees passed the program. Applicants need to prove in video game like machines, if they are ready for the job.
In a near future, Virtual training is announced to be also implemented in Chicago to offer UPS jobs.
